All fence are build with a minimum of construction heart redwood and pressure treated posts unless otherwise stated.

Traditional:

Custom:

We build with Composite, Redwood, and Ipe

AZEK Composite:

• Zero Maintenance

• Longer life time compared to Redwood (30-50 year warranty from manufacture)

• No visible fasteners, clean simple lines

• No splinters or chance or rotting

• Higher Upfront cost

Redwood:

• Natural resistance to rot

• Most common decking board in Northern California

• Different grades of lumber based on knots and heart/sap wood content

• Ideally should be sealed but not necessary

• Typically will last 10-20 years depending on water exposure

• More cost effective than composite

Ipe Hardwood Decking:

• Beautiful natural characteristics, chocolate brown color that will fade to silver

• Does not rot, burn or float - one of the most durable woods in the world

• Hidden fastening system and plugs can be used.

• Imported from Brazil

• Higher Upfront cost

During any deck consolation sample of all three materials will be shown

We build custom pergolas. Typically we will work with the customer to decide the optimal location and size.

• All pergolas we build are made out of construction heart redwood or better.

• Typically we also install Sun Fabric to diffuse more light

• Most pergolas get sealed with stain but not necessary

We build custom planter boxes

• We only use redwood as it will not poison crops like pressure treated does.

• Most designs are custom for use and space
